God's Gifts on May 30, 2010

1. I fried eggs before I went to church(chose not to go to the class). I kinda burned one of them but the other one turned out good :)
2. I went to see Prince of Persia: the sands of time after dinner and devo. it was such a good movie!
3. dinner and devo was good! I ate dinner at chillis before I went but I got into some good and funnny conversations with several people. it was a good night.
4. I gave someone a ride home! i know it's silly, but I love giving people rides!!
5. my car ran out of gas at a stoplight, and I was panicking and these 2 men and a lady stopped, pushed my car to the other side of the road, and then the two men went and got some some gas, just enough to make it to the gas station at the other side of the road. I definetly saw Jesus in them. most other people just kept going you know?
6. DRG is still having an awesome summer! he said the teens are amazing and they he even loves the office work. I was SO happy to hear that! my prayers are being heard and answered. :)

God's Gifts on May 29, 2010

1. I finally got to see Sex and the City 2! it was good. it was more like a long episode than a movie and the plot was very thin and didnt really seem to have a destination,but it was funny.
2. my friend Haley texted me right before the movie, asking if I wanted to join her for lunch at happy hour at sonic around 2pm. i said yes. it was a lot of fun talking and relaxing,and to be honest, it was nice to have someone come to me asking me to do something you know?
3. I hung out with Anna. we had dinner(oven pizza) and watched a movie(Emma, it was so funny and romantic!). it was nice to hang out with her, she's such a good person and friend. she'll be here all summer, so ma excited to get to hang out with her this summer.
4. I watched Beauty and the Beast at 8am with a bunch of people at Brent's house. it was way early but it was also fun.
5. I started my devo2go devotionals, and it really good. they ask some questions that I never would have thought of and they sound a bit basic but they are really challenging me to think and wonder. I think this will be such a good experience.
